    Every two years, the aerospace and industrial products company, Hamilton Sundstrand, has its employees take a comprehensive employee satisfaction survey.  This case study compares employee satisfaction scores before and after employees and managers had taken FranklinCovey's 7 habits training course. The study compares similar divisions at different times (2002 to 2007) to determine the level of "decay" in the effectiveness of the 7 Habits over time, and it identifies the management behaviors that were the most impacted by 7 Habits training.
