  • Joseph Welsh Elementary School
    Joseph Welsh Elementary School in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada has been implementing The Leader in Me process since 2007.  This case study reports the impact of that process on discipline, academic performance, and school atmosphere.  Among other findings;  a 68% reduction in discipline problems; 100% of students achieving "acceptable standard" on English proficiency tests; and a reduction of the number of students not performing math at an acceptable level from 12% before the Leader in Me to 2% in 2010.
